L’UOVO PER LE PELLI SECCHE


Montare un tuorlo d’uovo, un cucchiaio di olio d’oliva e un cucchiaio di miele d’acacia, a parte montare a neve l’albume.
Amalgamare il tutto e spennellare sul viso. Dopo 20/30 minuti pulire il viso con salviette umide e quindi risciacquare.

LA BANANA PER LE PELLI GRASSE


Frullare mezza banana e aggiungere poi un cucchiaino di succo di limone e uno di miele. Stendere il composto sul viso, evitando il contorno occhi, lasciando agire per 20 minuti, quindi risciacquare accuratamente.

BICARBONATO PER LE PELLI IMPURE


Mischiare due cucchiai di succo di limone, con due di bicarbonato e spalmare su tutte le parti del viso in cui sono presenti brufoli o punti neri, utilizzando movimenti circolari. Dopo 5/10 minuti risciacquare con acqua tiepida. Il bicarbonato ha potere esfoliante, mentre il succo di limone è ricco di antiossidanti e favorisce a rigenerazione della pelle.

ZUCCA PER LE PELLI MISTE



Tritare una fetta di zucca, aggiungere quindi un cucchiaio di yogurt e un cucchiaino di miele. Stendere quindi sul viso e lasciare agire per 15 minuti.
