The secret to getting in shape?

The secret for those who want to get back in shape, lose weight, tone, firm and reduce the circumferences of the waist, hips, legs, arms are only one: serious work in the gym, and a balanced diet. All those who will offer you miraculous methods to lose weight without effort are selling you what is commonly called ... 'fried air'
But then, you say, how do you actually set up a serious program that can take us from now to the time of the holidays (which are closer than you might think…) in better physical shape than we currently have? Many, indeed many readers write to us asking how to do it, asking where to start, how to set up a workout, a diet, etc.
First of all physical activity, which is very important. A gym is certainly the best place, especially when it's still cold, to burn excess calories, and train muscles with light weights and machines. So the first tip is to join a good gym, and organize yourself in order to have at least the time for three (preferably four) weekly training sessions.
Second advice, look for a serious and prepared trainer, perhaps avoiding getting involved in additional subscriptions such as those to a personal trainer that has now become the core business of many centers, and get yourself prepared a training schedule suited to your needs, and online with your expectations.
Also, let yourself be explained the principles of proper nutrition, and maybe get help to prepare a rough diet, explain the dietary rules to follow during the day even when you are not sweating in the gym.
Make sure your training program also includes at least three aerobics sessions per week, at least thirty minutes per session, which are very important for boosting metabolism, burning excess fat, toning up, and losing weight.
As for the diet, once you have set up a training program, the best advice we can give you is to contact a specialist, dietician, or dietician, and submit your training program, explain your needs, be guided by whoever he understands. Have a healthy and balanced diet prepared to adequately support your efforts in the gym. Training without following a diet is not the best way to get in shape, and the same is true for those who follow a diet only, without the support of the intense and regular physical activity.
